McGee Toyota

MEG was retained by McGee Toyota to prepare an existing conditions plan and provide engineering services to support the permitting and construction of the new automobile dealership located on approximately 10 acres at 860-880  Washington Street (Route 53) in Hanover, Massachusetts.  The redevelopment project involved the razing of the existing sales and service building and construction of the new sales and service facility.  The project involved a reconfiguration of the access and curb cuts at Washington Street and parking areas, utility connections and sustainable stormwater management techniques to renovate and attenuate stormwater runoff.    MEG also provided construction phase administration and inspection services.
