Riverbend Estates

MEG was retained for the design and development of a 54 acre, 68-unit (34-lot) Senior Housing Subdivision Development permitted under the Massachusetts affordable housing program, Ch. 40b. MEG was responsible for all aspects of the design development phase from conceptual design through the completion and approval of permitting with both local and state authorities.  Utilizing MEG’s creative design team, the development’s potential was optimized while preserving sensitive resource areas including tidal riverfront area and over 18 acres of bordering vegetated wetland.  Upon completion of construction, the project will feature over 4,500 linear feet roadway and infrastructure, individual septic systems and recreational facilities including walking trails, public docks and an Active Adult “Senior” Center.
