“The Beach House”

McKenzie Engineering Group, Inc. (MEG) was retained for the design and permitting services associated with the development of an approximately 2-acre site located at 18 Tech Circle, Natick, Massachusetts to construct “The Beach House” (highlighted on WCVB Chronicle). The project included the construction of an approximate 17,550 square ft. indoor beach volleyball, sand soccer, and recreational beach events facility comprising of 4 sand courts, a mezzanine, bituminous driveway, parking areas, stormwater management facilities, utilities, and incidental site grading.  MEG was responsible for all phases of the project, including due diligence and preparation of existing conditions plans, schematic design, design development, permitting, and construction phase services.
