Cardinal Spellman High School

MEG was responsible for project management and preparation of a comprehensive existing conditions plan and zoning analysis for the Cardinal Spellman High School located on Court Street in Brockton, Massachusetts. The campus was constructed in the 1960’s and was in dire need of renovation. The services provided by MEG for this project included defining the property boundaries, delineation and field location of wetland resources, detailed and topographic survey and preparation of an existing conditions plan. MEG, in collaboration with Habeeb & Associates, Inc., prepared a Master Plan to modernize and supplement the existing facilities, including redesigning all athletic fields and designing a new 400 meter track.
