Project Overview
MEG was retained by Richardson Green, Inc. to provide engineering services to facilitate the development of an approximate 28,000 S.F. addition to an existing commercial building located on 4.6 acres on Garden Street in Danvers, Massachusetts. The project involved the design of parking and loading areas, landscaping improvements and supporting infrastructure consisting of utility connections and stormwater management facilities designed in compliance with DEP’s Stormwater Management Policy and local regulations. MEG was responsible for obtaining all permits rewired for the site development, including a variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals, Site Plan Approval from the Planning Board, an Order of Conditions from the Conservation Commission and the preparation of a NPDES Application with the EPA and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). MEG also provided construction phase administration services to ensure that the final product was in conformance with applicable permits and the value engineered design.
