White Barn Village is a proposed 44-unit condominium development located on White Barn Lane and Forest Street in Norwell, Massachusetts. The development is in the process of being permitted under the state’s Comprehensive Permit Program (M.G.L. Ch. 40B) and required approvals and/or permits from the MassHousing, the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Conservation Commission, and the Board of Health. The development consists of 4 roadways, associated parking areas and supporting infrastructure. The project also required the reconstruction of the White Barn Lane and associated drainage and utility systems in order to adequately service the development. The project involves the design of a wastewater collection system to convey sewage to a shared Title 5 pressure-dosed septic system. The project will also involve the preparation of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) through EPA’s National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Program. MEG will also provide construction administration and inspection services for the project.
