Washington Woods

MEG was retained by Norwell Washington, LLC to provide civil design and construction phase services to complete the construction of seven residential buildings and associated site work on approximately 10 acres off Washington Street (Route 53) in Hanover, Massachusetts.  The project was approved under the state’s Comprehensive Permit Program (M.G.L. Ch. 40B §20-23) and also required an Order of Conditions from the Norwell Conservation Commission.  The project is currently in its last phase of development and MEG continues to provide construction administration services for the project.
